The Dominion are in Civil War. The Breen have a homeworld and the Wormhole generator is in the Blender system. There is also a wormhole generator to the Borg homeworld in the Tholia system, just zoom out.

(Tholain Conquest is in New Switzerland) You will also find for sale the Borg Cube in Vex along with the Species 8472 Bioship and Sentient Lifeform. However you'll have to find those for yourself. You can now even have uber fleets!
